Quality Standard

All products manufactured by our company comply with Chinese standards such as GB/T 1447-2005, GB/T 1449-2005, GB/T 1451-2005, GB/T 3854-2017, and GB/T 2577-2005. Meanwhile, we have successfully obtained the CE Certification, ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and RoHS Certification.

l GB/T 1447-2005: Specifies the test methods for the tensile strength and tensile modulus of elasticity of glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP).

l GB/T 1449-2005: Specifies the test methods for the flexural strength and flexural modulus of elasticity of glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP).

l GB/T 1451-2005: Used to determine the impact toughness of glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP).

l GB/T 3854-2017: A surface hardness test method with simple operation, which is often used for on-site rapid inspection of the curing degree and hardness of FRP products.

l GB/T 2577-2005: Used to determine the mass percentage of resin (matrix) and glass fiber (reinforcement) in glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), and it is a key indicator for quality control.

l CE Certification: Certifies that the products fully meet the stringent safety, health and environmental requirements of the European Union, enabling legal access to the markets of the European Union and the European Free Trade Area.

l ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification: Ensures the full-process quality control of production and stabilizes product performance.
