For our regular products in stock, shipment can be arranged within 7 days after payment. For customized products or those out of stock, the lead time is generally 15-30 days, with the specific duration depending on the order quantity and customization complexity. If you are in urgent need of the goods, we can apply for expedited service on your behalf. We will adjust the production line priority, and the lead time can be shortened by 30%-50% after expediting. The expedited fee shall be negotiated separately according to the specific order details.

Our products fully comply with internationally recognized standards such as ASTM (United States) and BSEN 13706 (European Union). Meanwhile, we have obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification. We support mainstream payment methods such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal. For first-time cooperative customers, we offer support for small-batch trial orders (with the minimum order quantity open to flexible negotiation). For large-value orders, an installment payment model of "30% advance payment + 70% full payment before shipment" is available to reduce cooperation risks. Specific terms can be clearly stipulated in the contract to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

We will flexibly match the transportation method according to the product size and order requirements. For small-sized products, you can choose international courier, air freight or LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight. For large-sized products (such as storage tanks and cooling towers with a diameter exceeding 5 meters), sea freight is the main option. For landlocked countries, we adopt multimodal transport of "sea freight + land freight". Before transportation, the components will be disassembled to reduce risks.

Beyond the warranty period, we still provide lifelong maintenance services. For product malfunctions, we will first conduct remote diagnosis. If parts replacement is required, only the cost of the parts will be charged. If on-site maintenance is needed, additional fees for the engineer's travel expenses and a small service fee will be collected. The fees are transparent and reasonable, and the maintenance will be carried out only after the quotation is provided and confirmed in advance. Meanwhile, we offer preferential parts procurement policies for long-term cooperative customers to reduce their subsequent maintenance costs.

Within the 1-year warranty period, if there are quality issues caused by non-human damage, we will promptly arrange for the replacement of qualified products and bear the round-trip logistics costs.
