Equipment is selected according to circulating-water flow, entering and leaving water temperatures, design wet-bulb temperature, water quality, available footprint and power supply—not by model number alone.

For a retrofit, the new tower must fit the existing circulating-water system as well as the site. Share the current tower drawings, connection positions, available pump head, foundation or roof loading limits, and access route for installation: FRP cooling tower upgrade at a Vietnam foundry.
An FRP casing can reduce corrosion-related maintenance, but fill inspection, water treatment and basin cleaning remain necessary. If process water carries significant solids or has unusual chemistry, confirm the fill and wetted-component specification before approving the order.
