Global FRP Procurement Leader Visits Our Factory

On November 20, 2025, our manufacturing facility welcomed a delegation of senior executives from a leading global FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) procurement company. With operations spanning over 40 countries, the buyer plays a key role in supplying materials for major infrastructure and industrial projects worldwide. The visit focused on reviewing our comprehensive quality testing procedures and evaluating the reliability of our FRP products in critical applications.

Led by the buyer’s Global Procurement Director, the delegation toured our dedicated testing laboratory accompanied by our R&D and quality control teams. The visit began with an overview of our quality management system, followed by live demonstrations of key testing processes, highlighting our transparent and standardized approach to quality assurance.

During the structural performance inspection, the delegation observed deformation and bending resistance tests conducted in strict accordance with international ASTM standards. Using high-precision testing equipment and real-time data acquisition systems, our engineers demonstrated how product performance is evaluated under simulated load conditions, ensuring structural stability in demanding applications.

The pressure testing session focused on FRP storage tank prototypes subjected to pressures exceeding normal operating conditions for extended periods. This testing process is designed to verify sealing performance and long-term operational safety under extreme environmental and industrial conditions.

Material performance evaluations, including tensile strength and Barcol hardness testing, further demonstrated the consistency and durability of our FRP materials. Our team explained how optimized resin systems and advanced composite processing techniques contribute to stable mechanical performance and enhanced surface resistance.

All testing data is digitally recorded and managed within our quality database, enabling full traceability from raw materials to finished products. The delegation reviewed relevant certification records and expressed strong appreciation for our compliance with international standards such as ASTM and ISO, as well as our systematic and data-driven quality control processes.

During the concluding discussion, the procurement team noted that the on-site inspection reinforced their confidence in our quality assurance capabilities and provided a solid foundation for expanding future cooperation.
