Our MBR Tank (Membrane Bioreactor Tank) is a purpose-built reactor vessel for high-efficiency wastewater treatment. Unlike conventional sedimentation-based tanks, this MBR tank integrates a membrane filtration zone directly into the biological treatment basin. It is prefabricated with internal guide rails for submerged flat sheet or hollow fiber membrane modules, a coarse bubble aeration grid for membrane scouring, and a sloped bottom for sludge concentration. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant PP, PE, or SS304/316, our MBR tank can handle MLSS up to 15,000 mg/L – three times higher than conventional tanks. The result is superior effluent quality (SDI < 3, turbidity < 1 NTU) with 50% smaller footprint.
