Unlike traditional carbon steel lined tanks that fail within 18 months in chloride-laden environments, our FRP vertical storage tanks are built with a dual-layer structural design—an inner corrosion barrier using C-glass veil and a structural wall with continuous helical winding. We specifically tailor the laminate thickness and stiffener ring spacing based on your local wind load and seismic zone, not just generic charts. Every tank undergoes a 1.5x design pressure hydrostatic test and spark testing for pinholes before skidding. From 20m³ horizontal footprint to 500m³ high-rise configurations, we supply ready-to-assemble bolted or field-joint welded options for remote mining sites. Our in-house filament winding machine produces up to DN4000 diameter with ±1.5mm axial tolerance, ensuring gasket-matched flange flatness.

Height: up to 12m (single-piece) or sectional for shipping constraints
