Our FRP Agitator Tank (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic mixing vessel) is engineered to replace stainless steel, rubber-lined, or PP tanks in highly corrosive mixing applications. Traditional metal tanks suffer from pitting, chloride stress corrosion cracking, and metal ion leaching — contaminating sensitive batches and requiring costly replacement every 2–3 years.
Manufactured by filament winding or hand lay-up with ISO polyester/vinyl ester/epoxy resin, our FRP agitator tank offers complete corrosion resistance to over 300 chemicals including strong acids (H₂SO₄, HCl, HNO₃), alkalis (NaOH, KOH), salts, and organic solvents. The seamless, monolithic construction eliminates weak points. The inner surface is smooth (roughness ≤0.3mm) and can be lined with anti-corrosion veil for extra protection. We integrate industrial agitators (top entry, side entry, or bottom entry) with customized impeller types — turbine, propeller, anchor, or paddle — matched to your viscosity and mixing duty. Operating temperature range: -10°C to 100°C (resin dependent). Available volume: 200L to 150m³. It is the ideal mixing tank for chemical processing, hydrometallurgy, water treatment, electroplating, and pharmaceutical intermediates where purity and corrosion resistance are critical.
