FRP pultruded profiles are continuous fiberglass-reinforced polymer shapes manufactured through a precision pultrusion process. In this process, glass fiber roving and mats are saturated with thermosetting resin (polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy), then pulled through a heated die to form constant cross-section profiles with superior longitudinal strength. The result is a structural material that combines the lightweight nature of plastic with the strength of steel.
Compared to traditional steel or aluminum profiles, FRP pultrusions are completely corrosion-resistant, electrically non-conductive, and thermally insulating. They do not rust, rot, or suffer from galvanic corrosion. Standard shapes include I-beams, H-beams, angles, channels, square tubes, round tubes, flat bars, and custom profiles tailored to specific engineering requirements. In marine aquaculture and dock facilities, truss structures are constructed as support frameworks to support work platforms or cage systems.

Electromagnetic sensitive areas:Hospital MRI room, scientific research laboratory for the construction of wall keel, ceiling keel and equipment support to ensure no electromagnetic interference. Substation, communication station: for the production of cable support, equipment fence.

Lightweight Structure and Decoration: The support systems behind architectural curtain walls, particularly in humid or corrosive indoor environments.
