Our FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) Ladders are engineered for professionals who work in hazardous environments where metal ladders are forbidden and wooden ladders are unreliable. Made from high-strength fiberglass reinforced with thermosetting resin, these ladders offer a superior alternative to aluminum or steel.

Unlike conductive aluminum, our FRP ladders are 100% non-conductive, meeting ASTM F1117 standards for electrical safety. Unlike wood, they are impervious to moisture, rot, and insect damage. With a high-strength-to-weight ratio, a single worker can easily reposition a 12-foot FRP ladder without fatigue. Available in step ladder, extension ladder, and platform ladder configurations, all featuring slip-resistant rungs and UV-stabilized yellow color for high visibility on construction sites.

  • 100% Electrical Non-Conductive:Our FRP ladders meet OSHA requirements for electrical hazard environments. With a dielectric strength of over 30kV, they provide absolute protection for electricians, linemen, and utility workers working near live wires or switchgears.

  • Superior Corrosion & Chemical Resistance:Aluminum pits in saltwater or acid exposure; stainless steel rusts over time. FRP ladders are completely inert to salts, bleach, acids, alkalis, and oil. Perfect for wastewater treatment plants (H2S gas) and marine environments.

  • Weather-Proof & UV Stabilized:Resin formulation includes UV inhibitors to prevent fiber blooming or surface degradation. Unlike wood which warps or rots after rain, FRP maintains structural integrity in -40°C to 80°C environments.

  • Slip-Resistant Rungs for Worker Safety:Rungs feature a grit-coated surface (silica sand embedded) providing an R13 slip resistance rating, even when covered with mud, ice, or hydraulic oil. Reduces fall risk significantly compared to smooth aluminum rungs.

Application Scenarios

Corrosive industrial environments:Main beams and secondary beams used as platforms, corridors, or equipment supports in chemical plants, sewage treatment plants, and electroplating plants, supporting FRP grates or wooden boards. In marine aquaculture and dock facilities, truss structures are constructed as support frameworks to support work platforms or cage systems.

Electromagnetic sensitive areas:Hospital MRI room, scientific research laboratory for the construction of wall keel, ceiling keel and equipment support to ensure no electromagnetic interference. Substation, communication station: for the production of cable support, equipment fence.

Lightweight Structure and Decoration: The support systems behind architectural curtain walls, particularly in humid or corrosive indoor environments. Exhibition displays and mall decorations utilize these systems to construct temporary or permanent display stands and partition frames, which are easy to cut and shape. Playground structures are applied in humid environments such as water parks.
