This FRP pultrusion production line uses closed-loop servo pulling and segmented heating dies to continuously manufacture constant-cross-section composites including round rods, square tubes, flat bars, and custom structural shapes. The system processes glass, carbon, or aramid fibers with polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy resins at pulling speeds up to 1.2 m/min. Key features include automatic resin injection (replacing open bath), flying saw with dust extraction, and real-time pulling force monitoring to detect early gelation or fiber breakage. Typical applications include cable management ladders, chemical grating, tool handles, and highway drainage profiles. The line supports quick die change via hydraulic clamping, reducing model switchover to under 40 minutes.Engineered for consistent cross-section geometry across long production runs, this pultrusion line integrates a cantilever-style creel rack, a closed-loop resin bath with anti-drip nozzles, a multi-zone infrared heating tunnel, and a servo-hydraulic pulling unit. Unlike conventional lines, it features real-time line speed to heating temperature correlation – automatically adjusting heat output when pulling speed fluctuates, thereby preventing under-cured or charred surfaces. The optional in-line post-forming station allows punching or embossing of FRP profiles immediately after curing, eliminating a secondary operation. Delivered with pre-tested control cabinets and assembly drawings, the line can be commissioned within two weeks on-site.
