Main structure: tower body, spray system (nozzles + liquid distributor), packing layer (Pall rings / stepped rings / corrugated packing), air distribution plate, circulating water tank, fog remover, accompanying fan and PLC control system; supports segmental flange or complete winding molding, with modular expansion options available upon request.
Purification Process: The waste gas enters the tower from the bottom, is evenly distributed by a flow equalizing plate, and then flows upward. The spray system at the top of the tower atomizes and sprays customized absorption liquids (acid gas with alkaline liquid, alkaline gas with acidic liquid) to form a large-area liquid film in the packing layer. The gas and liquid come into full counter-current contact, and the pollutants are captured through neutralization reactions, dissolution, and interception. The purified gas is then dried through an anti-fog layer and discharged from the top of the tower. The absorption liquid is returned to the circulating water tank, where it can be reused or treated to meet standards before being discharged externally.
Typical efficiency: acid/alkaline waste gas removal rate of 90%–98%, dust removal rate of ≥95%, and sulfur dioxide removal efficiency of over 85%.
