Material: Fiberglass (uncoated glass fiber cloth / chopped strand mat) serves as the reinforcing framework, with an unsaturated polyester/SMC mold plastic as the base material. Anti-UV, flame-retardant, and weather-resistant additives are incorporated. The surface is predominantly matte green/gray to prevent secondary reflections.
Forming process: Mainly SMC molding (high dimensional accuracy, good strength), supplemented by pultrusion and hand layup. Common shapes include flat plates, S-shaped/reverse S-shaped, and leaf-shaped designs. Standard dimensions typically range from 800 to 900 mm in height, 200 to 240 mm in width, and 3 to 5 mm in thickness.
Implementation standards: GB/T 24718 (glass fiber reinforced plastic anti-glare panels), JT/T 333 (Technical Conditions for Highway Anti-glare Facilities); key indicators include shading angle (≥ 8°–10°), wind load resistance, resistance to extreme temperatures, and salt fog resistance.
Lifespan: SMC high-quality products can last for 15–20 years, far surpassing ordinary HDPE plastic boards.

Product Advantages

Easy installation: secured using bolts/snap fasteners to wave-shaped beam guardrail or specialized pillars, with a short construction period.
