Base material: Glass fibers (alkali-free/medium-alkali glass fiber cloth, chopped strand mat) serve as the reinforcing framework; the base material consists of unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, or phenolic resin, with the addition of flame retardants such as aluminum hydroxide and chlorinated paraffin. Some products feature an inorganic fire-resistant core layer (e.g., rock wool, gypsum).
Forming processes: hand layup, molding, extrusion, continuous forming. The surface can be treated with UV coatings, anti-static layers, or wood grain/stone texture imitations.
Fire resistance rating: Class B1 (flammable, oxygen index ≥32%, self-extinguishes upon removal from fire); Class A (non-combustible composite structure, compliant with GB 8624-2012, retains its shape at 1,000°C and has a fire-resistant limit of 1–3 hours).
