Application Scenarios

Acid and Alkali Workshop
In areas where there is a risk of leakage of strong acids, strong bases, or organic solvents, the FRP grid platform is fully corrosion-resistant and non-corrosive. Its open grid structure allows liquids to flow directly away, preventing liquid accumulation from corroding the platform itself. At the same time, the anti-slip surface ensures that workers can safely walk in an environment where chemicals are splashed.

Electroplating Workshop
Acidic mist and corrosive electrolyte splashes exist around the electroplating tanks all year round. FRP grating platforms are laid on the sides of the tanks or the walkways between the tanks. They are resistant to chromic acid, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid corrosion. The grid structure allows the liquid to directly fall into the recovery tank, preventing operators from slipping on the slippery ground, and at the same time meeting the non-magnetic requirements (without affecting the distribution of the electroplating current).

Frozen Food Processing Plant
In a low-temperature environment ranging from -30℃ to -40℃, the metal platform surface is prone to icing and has severe heat conduction. The FRP grid platform has an extremely low heat conduction coefficient, and the surface does not frost. The open grid allows ice residue to fall directly instead of accumulating. Combined with the quartz sand anti-slip surface, even after thawing and rinsing, it can maintain reliable friction.

Natural Gas Platform
In areas where there may be leakage of hydrocarbon gases, FRP grid platforms can adopt phenolic resin systems (flame retardant grade UL 94 V-0, ASTM E84 Class 1). They do not melt when exposed to fire, produce little smoke and are non-toxic. At the same time, the grid structure reduces wind loads, making them suitable for equipment maintenance platforms on tall structures.
